According to MyAnimeList News, the announcement came from WWWaveCorporation's Deregula label, which revealed that Shaoh's web manga is being adapted for television. To mark the news, the original creator also drew a special commemorative illustration.
For those who have not been following the manga side, Dark Summoner to Dekiteiru began serialization on the Dra-Dra Sharp# website in November 2021.
